To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sensey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. We may immediately terminate services for material breach of these terms. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered.
