The Challenge

MDF Infra, a fiber infrastructure company, had their project information scattered across multiple tools — spreadsheets, emails, various project management systems. Team members spent hours hunting for data, status updates and documentation. No clarity on who was doing what, no audit trail for compliance, and a lot of duplicated work. They needed a central platform that would manage all fiber optic operations — from site planning to budgeting and team coordination — in one reliable system with security and compliance built in.

Our Approach

We started with thorough discovery. Weekly sessions with management to understand business goals and constraints. But more than that: we went into the field. We watched how technicians actually work — their daily workflows, the information they really need, where the bottlenecks sit. We spoke with team leads, field staff, deputy directors and subcontractors. That gave us insight into the real structure of their operations. From there we designed a modular architecture with a central data model that mirrors their reality. We built iteratively and testably — weekly reviews with the team, with feedback from office and field flowing straight back into the work. The result isn't a theoretical system; it's a platform that fits how they actually operate.
