Not the brochure
A real roadmap shows where the ground is soft. It shows where two rivers must be crossed before the third milestone can be reached. It admits, without shame, that some sections are still being charted.

Honest cartography
We write our roadmaps in the same hand that writes our retrospectives. The same voice. The same honesty.
If the path is hard, we say so. If the path is unknown, we say that too.
Clients do not need optimism. They need accuracy, told kindly.
